The St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present once again the invaluable business improvement workshop essential to every small business seeking to improve competitiveness and business profitability.
Costing and Pricing is a signature program developed purposefully for the Chamber to provide critical understanding andknowledge about pricing strategies for business, particularly small business transformation.
Initially developed as part of the Chamber's "Mind Your Business Development Series” this workshop will provide essential and critical business management insights, tools, skills, and knowledge to operators of small businesses.
The Course is in-depth yet delivered in a practical guidance workshop style easy to follow and understand and put in practice the concepts shared. A well trained and experienced expert and professional facilitates the imparting of crucial know-how required by participants to apply and implement immediately in their business.
Participants will leave with complete and thorough knowledge and applicable tools and steps to arrive at the best price for goods produced and services provided by calculating and appreciating all costs involved which is critical to developing a proper price structure.
Proper costing and pricing ensure that businesses are competitive while remaining viable: two crucial aspects that must be skillfully balanced, in an increasingly competitive business environment where costs are escalating, and customers are increasingly price conscious. The Workshop is offered at a subsidized cost of EC$450 for Chamber Members and non-Members $650.
This course aims to help business operators improve their pricing strategy by increasing their understanding and knowledge of this component of business management and operation, leading togreater efficiency, competitiveness, and profitability.
The course will run on April23rd - 24th & 28th - 30th 2025 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at the St. Lucia Chamberof Commerce, Industry & Agriculture Conference room, in Bois D'Orange GrosIslet.
