The Saint Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture announces there commencement of the People’s Choice Award voting process following the Saint Lucia Business Awards held on December 15, 2025.

As indicated during the awards ceremony, the Chamber had identified that the voting process for the People’s Choice Award had been compromised by external factors, which impacted the integrity of the final results. In keeping with the Chamber’s commitment to transparency, fairness, and credibility within the Business Awards programme, the decision was made to temporarily suspend the process while a more secure system was developed.

The People’s Choice Award remains a pivotal category within the Saint Lucia Business Awards, as it represents the voice of the public and recognizes businesses that have earned the trust and admiration of the Saint Lucian community. The Chamber therefore placed significant value on ensuring the continuity of this award so that the business which truly earned there cognition of the public can be properly acknowledged.

To facilitate this process, the Chamber has implemented a more robust voting system designed to protect the integrity of the selection process and ensure that voting accurately reflects the will of the public. The recommenced process will allow members of the public to once again participate in recognizing businesses that consistently demonstrate excellence in service and customer satisfaction.

The People’s Choice Award honours a business that excels in service, provides great value, resolves issues fairly, and is widely recognized by the public as a standout organization within Saint Lucia’s business community.
