This initiative aims to equip businessowners with the practical skills and knowledge needed to accurately determinetheir operational costs and establish effective pricing strategies. Thetraining is part of the Chamber’s ongoing mission to support business growth,sustainability, and competitiveness across Saint Lucia.

Through a hands-on, workshop-style format,participants will gain immediate, applicable skills to identify all costsassociated with their business operations and develop solid, competitivepricing structures.
